When will I know if my session is booked?

Session is booked when the non-refundable session fee is FULLY PAID and contract is signed. You will receive an email that your session is set. Once paid, your spot is fulfilled. 

How long does it take to get the images?

Images will have to go through processing and editing which usually takes 10-15 days. You will be notified via email when images are ready for download.

Can I choose my own images?

Yes, on your in-person ordering appointment you can choose your favorite images and build your own package. I typically edit 30++ images from the session. You then pick out your favorite images from the gallery. You also have the option to purchase more photos, prints, or products from the gallery.

What happens when it rains on the day of the outdoor session?

If it rains, we will have to reschedule to the next available date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, the session fee will be on credit and must be used in the next 3 months. After that, credits will then be considered cancelled. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled mini session, your session is considered cancelled and session fee will not be refunded or credited.

*All sales are final. The session fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds or cancellations. Once paid, your spot is fulfilled. Location details will be sent out to you once payment and contract are received. Arrive at least 5 minutes before your session time to get situated.

To book your session, a signed contract and FULL payment are required. The session fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once full payment and contract are submitted, I will email the details for the session.
